Perimeter of a rectangle is 2(L+B)

Given, two adjacent sides are 5x

+2xy−13,2x

2

−6xy+11

Therefore,

2(L+B)

=2(5x

2

+2xy−13+2x

2

−6xy+11)

=2(7x

2

−4xy−2)

=14x

Perimeter = sum of all sides
= 2x2+2xy+3+2x2-xy-1+xy-x2+2
=4x^2+2xy+4
