Answer:

Sides of the triangle are:  2x + 3y + 3z      ;     4x - 4y + 2z       ;       6x + y -2z

We know that the perimeter of a triangle is equal to sum of all its sides

Therefore perimeter =  2x + 3y + 3z + (4x - 4y + 2z) + (6x + y -2z)

                                  =  2x + 3y + 3z + 4x - 4y + 2z + 6x + y -2z

                                  =  2x + 4x + 6x + 3y + y - 4y + 3z + 2z - 2z

                                  =  12x + 4y - 4y + 5z - 2z

                                  =  12x + 3z units
