First find the radius whicis 40/2 which is 20 then you multiply 20×20×3.14 which equals to 1256m square now you take its half as it is a semicircle so the area is 628m square them you find area of tectangle which is 40 into 15 which is 600 .now you just add them you get 1228m square which is the area of the figure
