Perimeter = Sum of all the sides.
so,
Perimeter = AB + BC + AC
Perimeter = 17/3 + 21/4 + 13/3
Perimeter = 68+63+52/ 12
Perimeter = 183/ 12 cm

For b)
Perimeter = 3/2+ 45/4+ 9/4 + 3/2 + 3/4+ 39/4
Perimeter = 6+45+9+6+3+39/4
Perimeter = 108/4
Perimeter = 27 cm.
