4x -y=5
4x=5+y
X=(5+y)/4

y=3, X=?
X=(5+y)/4
x=(5+3)/4
x=8/4
x=2

Y=7, X=?
X=(5+y)/4
X=(5+(-1))/4
X=(4)/4
X= 1

Y=11, X=?
X=(5+y)/4
X=(5+7)/4
X=(12)/4
X=3

you can draw a graph.
