Solution

Given that:-

  • 3x - y = 4 ------(1)
  • x + y = 8 -------(2)

Find:-

  • Intersection point of given equation,

Explanation,

For intersection point ,

Solve this equation for value of x & y ,

Value of x & y will be intersection point

So,

Add equation (1) & (2)

==> 3x + x = 4 + 8

==> 4x = 12

==> x = 12/4

==> x = 3

Keep Value of x & y in equ(1)

==> 3*3 - y = 4

==> 9 - y = 4

==> y = 9 - 4

==> y = 5

Hence

  • Intersection point will be equation (1) & (2) be ( 3,5)
