let the point of intersection be (x,0)
when y=0
-3x=3
x=-1

Since the line is intersecting at x axis.
The y coordinate is 0
Thus put y=o
-3x+7*0=3
=> -3x=3
=> x=3/-3
=> x=-1

Therefore the coordinate is (-1,0)
