ANSWER

The transformation relation between new co-ordinates (x,y) and old coordinates (x,y) are given by

x=x+h

y=y+k

So, h=x−x & k=y−y

So, For origin (0,0) to (1,2) we get.

h=0−1 & k=0−2

h=−1 k=−2

So, new co-ordinates of point (3,−4) is

x=x−h=3−(−1)=4

y=y−k=−4−(−2)=−2

So, the new co-ordinates of point (3,4) is (4,−2).
