Heya friend!!
Rajdeep here.....
A point on the X axis...
Coordinates are (a,0)
[Since for a point on X axis, the ordinate {value of y} is always 0]
Putting value of y = 0 in the equation,
3x + 6y = 4
=> 3a + 0 = 4
=> 3a = 4
=> a = 4/3
So the coordinates of the point is:
(a,0)
= (4/3, 0)
Thanks!
