given \: equation \\ \\ \\ 3x - 4y = 12 \\ \\ 3x = 12 - 4y \\ \\ x = \frac{12 - 4y}{3} \\ \\ \\ now \: let \: y =0 \\ \\ then \: x = \frac{12 - 4 \times 0}{3} \\ \\ x = 4 \\ \\ \\ let \: \: y = 3 \\ \\ then \: x = \frac{12 - 4 \times 3}{3} \\ \\ x = 0 \\ \\ \\ \\ therefore \: the \: points \: are \\ \\ (4.0) \: \:( 0.3)
