p(x) = k( {x}^{2} - (\alpha + \beta )x + \alpha \beta) \\

k( {x}^{2} - ( 2 \sqrt{3} + 3 \sqrt{3} ) + 2 \sqrt{3} \times 3 \sqrt{3} )

there fore the polynomial is

 {x}^{2} - 5 \sqrt{3} + 18
