let polynomial ax2+ bx + c = 0
acc to question
let alpha and beta are the zeros of polynomial
let L+B = 3/2 and LB = 3/2
on comparing with above polynomial
where a=2,b=-3 ,c= 3

To Find the polynomial

first add the zerors

3/2+3/2= 6/2
then multiply the zeroes
3/2*3/2=9/4

now put this in the universal polynomial which is
x²-(sum of zeroes)x + product of zeroes

now after putting tha valurs and taking the lcm u will get

4x²-12x + 9
here is the polynomial
