Answer :-

Given :-

  • α = -1
  • β = -2

To Find :-

  • Polynomial

Solution :-

Let the polynomial be ax² + bx + c.

If α is zero of the polynomial then ( x - α ) is the factor of the polynomial.

So, ( x - ( - 1 )) = ( x + 1 ) is the factor of the polynomial.

Similarly, ( x - ( - 2 )) = ( x + 2 ) is the factor of the polynomial.

So,

ax² + bx + c = ( x + 1 )( x + 2 )

ax² + bx + c = x² + 2x + x + 2

ax² + bx + c = x² + 3x + 2

Polynomial = x² + 3x + 2
