3x^2+6= 9

3x^2= 9-6

3x^2= 3

x^2 = 3/3

x^2 = 1

x^2 = 1^2

x = 1 , -1

but the value of x is positive as mentioned in the question

hence,

x= 1

Hope thus helps you

√3x^2+6=9

Squaring both side

3x^2+6=81

3x^2=75

x^2=25

x=√25

x=5 or x=-5(Rejected as we have to find a positive factor)

Answer=5
