Solution:

We know that,

√(324) = 18 ; √100 = 10  & √(729) = 27 .

Then,

⇒ \sqrt{ \frac{0.324}{72.9} } =  \sqrt{ \frac{0.324 \times 1000}{72.9\times 1000} }

⇒  \sqrt{ \frac{324}{729\times 100} } =  \sqrt{\frac{18^{2}}{27^{2}\times 10^{2}}} =  \frac{18}{27\times 10} =  \frac{1}{3\times 5} =  \frac{1}{15}

\bold{Therefore\ the \ answer \ is\  \boxed{ \frac{1}{15}}.}
