SOLUTION

» Reff

 =  \frac{6}{2}  = 3 \Omega.

Equal resistance ,

»i1 = i2 =2A /3 = 1A.

so, i1=1A & i2 = 1A

»VA -3×i2 - 25(i1+i2) = VB

»VA - VB = 3i2 + 25(i1+i2)

=(3×1)+25(1+1)

= 3 +50

= 53volt.

Hence,

\boxed{potential \: btw \: a \: and \: b = 53volt.}
