             E= 110V

              C1/C2 = 2

to find =  potential difference

solution =

          use the  loop law in 2 closed loop,

110 - q2 /c + q1 - q2/ c = 0

-110 + q1 /2c + q1 - q2 / c = 0

q1 =  (440C/3)

for potential difference ,

VN - Vm = q1 - q2 / C

              =  110 /3volt

so,the potential difference between M and N or A and B is  110 /3volt
