Answer-The potential difference is 100v

Explanation-

Given - Broghe's wavelength 0.1227

Find the potential difference

Solution-

The de-Broglie wavelength of an electron

\lambda =\frac{\lambda}{\sqrt{2mev} }

0.1227=\frac{6.6\times 10^{-34}}{\sqrt{2(9.1\times^{-31})(1.6\times 10^{-19}\times v)} }

{\sqrt{2(9.1\times^{-31})(1.6\times 10^{-19}\times v)} } =\frac{6.6\times 10^{-34}}{0.1227}

u=100volt

Hence, the potential difference is 100v
