Let X = 2.513

Then X = 2.5131313.......(1)

Multiply equation (1) by 10 we are,

10X = 25.131313.......(2)

Again multiply equation (2) by 1000 we get,

1000X = 2513.131313.....(3)

Subtract equation (2) from equation (3) we get,

1000X = 2513.131313
10X = 25.131313

990X = 2488

X = 2488/990 = 1244/495

Hence,

2.513 (bar on13) is in the form of 1244/495 which is in the form of P/Q.
