we know that P = F/A
so, pressure of one block = 40/0.25 = 160 pascals
now, there is one block with same weight is placed over the previous one which means that the force will be double and the area will be same, hence,
(40+40)/0.25 = 320 pascals
Hope it helps

P = F/A
pressure of one block = 40/0.25 = 160 pascals
When there is another block of same dimensions and weights placed on one and another
(40+40)/0.25 = 320 pascals
