Given :-

  • Force = 100 N
  • Area = 20 m square

To find :- Pressure exerted by any object

Solution :-

we know that,

=> Pressure = Force / Area

=> Pressure = 100 / 20 pa

=> Pressure = 50 pa

Therefore pressure exerted by object is 50 pa.

The pressure = 5 Pa

Given :

100N is force exerted on of 20 m² area

To find :

The pressure

Solution :

Step 1 of 2 :

Write down force and area

Here it is given that 100N is force exerted on of 20 m² area

Force = 100N

Area = 20 m²

Step 2 of 2 :

Calculate the pressure

The pressure

\displaystyle \sf{ = \frac{ Force}{ Area }}

\displaystyle \sf{ = \frac{100}{20} \: \: N/{m}^{2} }

\displaystyle \sf{ = 5 \: Pascals }
