Ravi invest some money in bank at the rate of 4% for 3 years and the simple interest is 1140.
Find the principle​

Given :-

Rate of interest (R) :- 4%

Time (T) :- 3 years

Simple intrest (SI) :- 1140

To Find :-

Amount invested by Ravi.....

Formula :-

Solution :-

 \longrightarrow \sf \:  Principle = \frac{SI \times 100}{R \times T} \\

 \longrightarrow \sf \:  \frac{1140 \times 100}{3 \times 4}  \\

 \longrightarrow \sf \cancel \frac{114000}{12}  =  \frac{9500}{1}  = 9500 \\

\Huge\thereforeThe principle amount is ₹9500.
