Heya mate, Here is ur answer

SI=680

Time =4 years

Rate =8% P.A

Principle=?

We know that

Simple Interest=Principle×Time ×Rate /100

Keeping the values in the formula

680 = \frac{principle \times 4 \times 8}{100}

Taking the constant other side

 \frac{680 \times 100}{4 \times 8}  = principle

2125 = principle

<b><u>So, the principle that will yield an interest of ₹680 in 4 years at 8% per annum is ₹ 2125 .</u></b>

Hey !!

Rate of interest ( R ) = 8 %

Simple interest ( S.I ) = 680

Time ( T ) = 4 years.

Principal ( P ) = ?

We know that,

S.I = P × R × T /100

680 = P × 8 × 4 / 100

32 P = 68000

P = 68000/32

P = 2125.

Hence,

Principal =2125.
