find the principle if the compound interest (compound annually) at the rate of 10% per annum for 3 years is ₹331.

hey mate..

the answer is ..

331 = p ( 1 + 10 /100) ^3

331 = p ( 11/10 x 11/10 x 11/10)

331 = 1331 /1000 p

331 × 1000/1331

= 248.6

hi here is ur answer
331=p[(1+r/100) ^3] -1
331=p[(1+10/100) ^3] -1
331=p[(11/10) ^3] -1
331=p(1331/1000) -1
331=331/1000p
p=331*1000/331
p=1000
