This is a very easy and important question.
First of all, we have to know how many weeks are in a year.
For that we will simply divide total days in an year by days in a week i.e
366(2016 was a leap year)/7 = 52weeks and 2 days(because remainder is 2)
Therefore we can be sure that there are 52 Fridays in an year.
Now, the 53 Friday can be either of the two remaining days
Hence, probability of 53 Fridays = 2/7(number of extra days/number of days in a week)

P.S- I dont think 2016 should be mentioned as it will specifically have the 2 extra days.
