A normal Julian year has 365 days = 52*7 + 1 days
that means there are atleast 52 Fridays in a year.
To be 53 Fridays in a Non-Leap year that extra 1 day must be Friday. The probability to that extra day is Friday is 1/7
and the probability that a year is a non-leap year is 3/4
So the Probability that a non leap year has 53 fridays will be 1/7 * 3/4 = 3/28. this is the right answer ..
