Assume you mean integers between 1 and 25, so not including 1 or 25… but also not numbers like 4.324522232344…. There are infinity such numbers so your odds of randomly selecting a prime from the real numbers between 1 and 25 are essentially zero.

Integers, though, there are only 23 numbers in there.

Meanwhile, in that range 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19 and 23 are the primes in the range. nine possibles, out of 23 picks.

That means the odds are 9/23, or about 39.13
