There are 52 weeks in a year.
In a leap year, there are 52 weeks + 2 days (366 days)
Now,
Probability of getting a sunday in the 2 extra days will be 1/7 as one day out of those 2 can be any day of the week out of
Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday
Friday
Saturday
Sunday
As probability of getting sunday out of 7 days is 1/7
and getting a sunday out of 14 days is 2 out of 14, So, getting a sunday in one of the extra days at the end of a leap year will also be 1/7.
