probability of both eggs being good and not rotten:
         20/28 * 19/27 = 95/189

so probability of getting one rotten egg or two rotten eggs:
    = 1  -  95/189
    = 94/189

Probability of getting at least one egg rotten is \frac{94}{189}

Solution:

Total number of egg that will become the sample space will be 28

Number of eggs that are found to be rotten are 8

Number of choice at a time that the eggs are chosen is 2

Probability of choosing non rotten egg is \frac{20}{28}

Probability of choosing 1 rotten and 1 non rotten egg is

 \bold{\left(1-\frac{20}{28} \times \frac{19}{27}\right)=\frac{94}{189}}
