1) January has 31 days regardless of A leap year. So January =4 weeks + 3 days.
In 4 weeks there are 4 Mondays, so to get fifth Monday. One of the three days must be a Monday. Hence We have 3 dates time.and there are 7 days in a week with Monday

Probability = 3/7.

2) In a non leap year too, January has 31 days.Hence with the above explanation.
Probability of Having 5 Mondays in the month of January is 3/7.

1) In a leap year, February has 29 days. That is 4 weeks & 1 day. So To get 5 Wednesdays, The Remaining day must be a Wednesday. This has a probability of 1/7. Thus Probability of February having 5 Wednesdays in a leap year is 1/7

2) In a non leap year,February has 28 days which is equal to 4 weeks.Hence February would have only 4 Wednesdays.The probability of February having 5 Wednesdays in a non leap year is 0.
