"For a leap year to have either 53 Thursday or 53 Friday, it must have them in the two days.

Leap year = 356 days

52 weeks and 2 days.

So we can have any of these combinations, a Wednesday and Thursday, a Thursday and Friday, a Friday and Saturday.

Thus the probability is 3/7.
