Given ,

Total Number of outcomes = 25.

No of favourable outcomes = 16

Prime numbers between 1 -25 = {2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23} = 9

Not an prime number = 25 - 9 = 16

probability =  \frac{favorable \: \: outcomes}{total \: outcomes}

 =  \frac{16}{25}
