January has 31 days. So 4*7+3 days. Since 4 weeks so there are 4 Sundays guaranteed. Remaining are 3 days.
So there can be 7 triplets ie {Sunday, Monday, Tuesday}………….{saturday, Sunday, Monday}.
Among these 7 triplets 3 triplets will result in an extra Sunday. {Friday, Saturday, Sunday},{saturday, Sunday, Monday} and {Sunday, Monday, Tuesday}.
So 3 favourable case among 7 equally likely triplets.
So probability = 3/7

I mean if the first or second day of month is Sunday or you can say ,the first day of month is Sunday or Saturday, then we will have 5 Sundays in the month.
now probability of getting Saturday or Sunday on first day =2/7 as there are 7 days in week.
so there at least 4 Sundays in the month.
