(3x + 2y)( {9x}^{2}  - 6xy +  {4y}^{2})

 = 3x( {9x}^{2} - 6xy +  {4y}^{2}  ) + 2y( {9x}^{2}  - 6xy +  {4y}^{2})

 =  ({27x}^{3} - 18 {x}^{2} y + 12x {y}^{2}) +  (18 {x}^{2}y - 12x {y}^{2} + 8 {y}^{3}  )

 =  {27x}^{3} - 18 {x}^{2} y + 12x {y}^{2}+  18 {x}^{2}y - 12x {y}^{2} + 8 {y}^{3}

 =  {27x}^{3} - 18 {x}^{2} y +  18 {x}^{2}y -  12x {y}^{2}  + 12x {y}^{2} + 8 {y}^{3}

 =  {27x}^{3} + 8 {y}^{3}
