5(3+2x)-2x(3+2x)
= 15 + 10x - 6x - 4x²
= 15 + 4x - 4x²
= -4x² + 4x + 15

(5 - 2x)(3 + 2x) \\ 15  + 10x - 6x - 4{x}^{2}  \\ 15 + 4x - 4 {x}^{2}  \\  - 4 {x}^{2}  + 4x + 15 \\  - (4{x}^{2}  - 4x - 15) \\ 4 {x}^{2}  - 4x - 15 \\ 4 {x}^{2}  - (10 - 6)x - 15 \\ 4 {x}^{2}  - 10x  + 6x - 15 \\ 2x(2x - 5)  + 3(2x - 5) \\ (2x + 3)(2x - 5) \\ or \\ 2x  + 3 = 0 \\ 2x =  - 3 \\ x =  \frac{ - 3}{2}  \\ else \:  \\ 2x - 5 = 0 \\ 2x = 5 \\ x =  \frac{5}{2}
