We can use the identity : (a + b)(a - b) = a^2 - b^2
(2a + 4b) ( 2a - 4b)
=> (2a)^2 - ( 4b)^2
=> 4a^2 - 16b^2
Hope it helps

The answer is here,

(2a+4b)×(2a-4b).

This is in the form of,

 =  >  \: (x + y)(x - y) =  {x}^{2}  -  {y}^{2}

 =  >  \:  {(2a})^{2}  -  {(4b)}^{2}

 =  >  \: 4 {a}^{2}  - 16 {b}^{2}

:-(Hope it helps u.
