Dear,

 {x}^{3}  {y}^{3}  \times ( \frac{ - 3}{2}x +  \frac{3}{2} y)

WHAT WE DO IN THE VERY FIRST STEP?

We just open the bracket and tried to make it little clear!

Now,

 \frac{ - 3}{2}  {x}^{4}  {y}^{3}   +  \frac{3}{2}  {x}^{3}  {y}^{4}

Now,

Actually, simply...

we mtultiplied the brackets!

and got the corresponding answer!

and now if you want to resolve it you can again take common and make it as it is!
