The product is 5x^-2y^-1,if x^3y^4 is on denominator.
if x^3y^4 is on numerator ,the product will be 20x^4y^7.

-1/2x^3y^4 X -10xy^3= +5x^[3+1] y^[4+3] = 5x^4y^7
