(2x + 3y)(2x - 3y) \\  = >  (a + b)(a - b) =  {a}^{2}  -  {b}^{2}  \\  =  ({2x})^{2}  -  ({3y})^{2}  \\  = 4 {x}^{2}  - 9 {y}^{2}
