So, It can be written in

(11y-4x)(11y+4x)

Then, it will be

(11y+4x)(11y-4x)

{(a+b)(a-b) = (a)^2 - (b)^2}

a=11y and b=4x

=(11y)^2 - (4x)^2

= 121y^2 - 16x^2
