the smallest prime no. is 2
the smallest composite no. is 4
their hcf =2 lcm=4

  hcf×lcm= product of two no.
hcf×lcm=2×4
hcf×lcm=8

hence the product of hcf and lcm of smallest prime no. and composite no. is 8
