identity used=

(x + a)(x  + b) =  {x}^{2}  + (a + b)x + ab

here,

a=6

b=7

(x+6) (x+7)

=x^2 + (6+7)x + 6×7

=x^2 + 14x + 42

Required answer=

x^2 + 14x + 42
