During the first transaction a shop worth Rs.10,000 was sold at a 20% profit. This means that it was sold at Rs. 12,000.

During the second transaction, this shop now worth Rs, 12,000 was sold back to the original owner at a loss of 10%. This means that it was sold back for Rs. 10,800 (we get this by Rs. 12,000 - Rs. 1200)

Now we just need to find the total profit percentage which we can easily calculate as follows: Rs10,800 - Rs.10,000 = Rs. 800

So, total profit made is Rs. 800
