Hay everybody, here is the answer. This is prohibited for the second general rule because 4 and 2 share a factor of 2.however, does produce the triplet 8,6,10. This can be reduced to 4,3,5, derived from. For example, (6, 8, 10) is a family of the Pythagorean triple (3, 4, 5) because it can be obtained by 2 × 3 = 6, 2 × 4 = 8, 2 × 5 = 10. We can prove this with the help of the first Pythagorean Triple (3, 4, and 5): Let n be any integer ... n, n2, Difference. 1, 1. 2, 4, 4-1 = 3. 3, 9, 9-4 = 5. 4, 16, 16-9 = 7. 5, 25, 25-16 = 9.
