LET "a" and "b" be the roots

ATQ

a+b= -3.

b= -3-a. ....(1)

ab=2. ......(2)

from eq.. (1) and(2)

ab=2

a(-3-a)=2

-3a-a^2=2

a^2 +3a+2=0......is the required quadratic equation
