alpha + beta=20/3...... (1)
alpha*beta=17/3...... (2)

alpha-beta=14/3....... (3)

Now,
It is given that the roots are reciprocals.
Solving (1) and(3) we get,
alpha=17/3. Beta=1

New roots,
alpha=3/17. Beta=1

The quadratic equation is
3X^2-20x+3=0
