If we consider the zeros as alpha and beta .
We know,
Sum of the zeros = alpha + beta = -b/a = -3
and product of the zeros = alpha.beta = c/a = 2
So the required polynomial is,
x2 + (sum of the zeros )x + ( product of the zeros )
=x2 + (-3)x + 2
=x2 - 3x + 2
Hope it helps you . . .
