sum of the zeroes =alpha +beta

=1/3+(-2)

=-5/3

product of the zeroes=alpha *beta

=1/3*(-2)

=-2/3

the required quadratic

polynomial =x^2(alpha +beta )X+

(alpha . beta)

=x^2+5/3x-2/3

or

=3x^2+5x-2
