Here is the solution :-

We know that to form any quadratic polynomial, the formula is :-

 {x}^{2}  - ( \alpha  +  \beta )x +  \alpha  \beta  \\ \\  therefore : -  \\  \\  {x}^{2}   - (2 + ( - 1))x + 2( - 1) \\  \\  {x}^{2}  - (2 - 1)x  - 2 \\  \\  {x}^{2}  - 1x - 2 \\  \\  {x}^{2}  - x - 2

So, the quadratic polynomial is :-

 {x}^{2}  - x - 2
