Answer ☺☝

General Form : p ( x ) = x² - ( a + b ) x + ab

Here a = 1/2 and b = 3/2

a + b = 1/2 + 3/2 = 4/2 = 2

ab = 1/2 × 3/2 = 3/4

Now ,

p( x ) = x² - 2x + 3/4

Multiplying the whole polynomial by 4

p( x ) = 4x² - 8x + 3
